Twenty years, seven countries, one way of teaching.

Our founder was born in Riohacha, and has taught kitesurfing for more than two decades in Ecuador, Peru, Brazil, the Cayman Islands, Greece, Germany and Croatia. Working in such different places taught us to coach in any condition following international safety stardards. We brought all of that back home to La Guajira.

PROGRESS

Private Kitesurf Progression

Two days give you the foundations and the time to put them to work on the water. This is the program we recommend most.

We don’t rush students through lessons.

We start by understanding where you are. Then we build confidence, correct technique and add the next step when you are ready. That is how real progression happens, and it is why every session is private.

Premium doesn’t mean luxury. It means being taken care of.

  • Safety to international standards

Certified instructors who work to international standards of safety and teaching quality, the right kite size for the day and full attention on you.

  • Personal attention

One instructor, one student. Corrections happen in the moment, while you can still feel them.

  • Real progression

Honest feedback on where you are and a clear idea of what comes next.

Same care in every program. More time to progress.

Every program includes the same instructors and the same details around your session. The difference between them is time, and what that time lets you achieve.

Every coaching day has the same value, whichever program you choose. Longer programs are not discounted because the quality does not change. What you gain is time.

Advanced Coaching focuses on technique on the water instead of beginner theory.

Why three hours?

Each session is two focused 90-minute coaching blocks with a short refreshment and recovery break in between. We plan for quality learning, so every block has a clear purpose.

  1. 90 minutes

    Coaching block one

Briefing, goals for the day and focused practice.

  2. Break

    Reset, hydrate, review

Shade, water, a cold drink and a snack. We look at what happened, review photos when we have them and plan the next block.

  3. 90 minutes

    Coaching block two

Back on the water with a clear head and specific corrections.

One session a day

We believe three focused hours a day are the right balance between learning, physical recovery and progression. Your body and your head both need time to absorb what you learned.

Structure creates quality. Flexibility creates personalization.

Perfect conditions?
If you are flowing and continuing helps your progression, your instructor can adapt the rhythm.
Need more recovery?
The break can be longer. Learning well matters more than the clock.
A flight to catch?
Tell us your plans and we fit the session around them.

Your session is only part of the experience.

We take care of everything around your session so you can focus on learning, progressing and enjoying the ride.

  1. Photo brief. Instructor fitting a harness, kite laid out on the sand, soft morning light.

    Before the water

We meet, talk about your goals and check the conditions together. Your equipment is ready and fitted, and the safety briefing sets the frame for the day.

  2. Photo brief. Student steering the kite in shallow water, instructor at their side giving a signal.

    On the water

One instructor, focused on you. Clear goals, immediate corrections and a pace that fits your level.

  3. Photo brief. Towel, cold drink and a snack in the shade, a phone showing photos from the session.

    Between blocks

A towel, fresh water, a cold drink and a snack in the shade. Time to breathe, talk through what happened and look at your photos.

  4. Photo brief. Instructor and student laughing at sunset, kite packed on the sand.

    After the session

Personal feedback on where you are, what to work on next, and photos of your day to take home.

Taking care of you is part of teaching.

Included in every program, from the first session to advanced coaching.

Write to us on WhatsApp

How many hours should I book?

You don’t have to decide alone. Tell us your level and how many days you are in La Guajira and we suggest a program. As a guide: START for a first experience, PROGRESS if you want to learn properly, COMPLETE if you are coming here to learn.

Why are sessions three hours long?

Three hours give enough time to learn, practise, receive feedback and recover. Each session is two focused 90-minute blocks with a short break, which keeps your concentration and energy high.

Can I book only one session?

Yes. START is a complete private session of three hours and a good way to get to know our way of teaching.

Can I add another 3-hour session later?

Yes. You can add sessions at any time, depending on availability, and we continue exactly where you left off.

Can I take 6 hours over two days?

Yes, that is how PROGRESS works: two 3-hour sessions on two days. We coach a maximum of three hours per day because it is the right balance between learning and recovery.

Can I take 9 hours over three days?

Yes. COMPLETE is three 3-hour sessions on three days. We plan them with you around your trip and the wind forecast.

Are the lessons private?

Yes. Every program is one-to-one with your own instructor. If you travel as a couple or with friends, tell us and we find the best way to organise your sessions.

Are your instructors certified?

Yes. Our instructors are certified and work to international standards of safety and teaching quality.

In which languages do you teach?

Spanish, English and German. Our founder is from Riohacha, speaks fluent English and lived in Germany for more than four years.

What is included?

Your instructor, all the kitesurf equipment, a safety briefing, theory and practice, progression feedback, a refreshment break with fresh water, a cold drink and a snack, a towel and photos of your session.

What happens during the break?

You rest in the shade, rehydrate and have something to eat. We talk about the first block, look at photos when we have them and plan the second block.

What if the conditions change?

We follow the forecast every day and plan sessions around the best wind. If conditions change, we talk with you directly and adapt the plan.

What should I bring?

Swimwear or a lycra, water-resistant sunscreen and, if you like, sunglasses with a strap. We provide the kite equipment, a towel, water and refreshments.

Do I need to know how to swim?

Yes. You always wear flotation, but you need to feel comfortable in the water.

What level do I need for Advanced Coaching?

You should be able to ride on your own and handle the kite safely. Whether you are working on upwind riding or your first rotations, we start from where you are.

Can returning students continue their progression?

Yes, and we hope you will. We keep track of what you worked on so your next trip starts where the last one ended.

Can you help me plan my kite trip?

Yes. Write to us before you book flights and we help with the best months, how many days to plan, what to bring and how to get here.

Tell us about you. We’ll take it from there.

Share your level, your dates and what you would like to achieve. A person from the school replies, usually the same day, and helps you choose the right program.
