What data we keep, why, and how you stay in control of it.

Who is responsible

What data we process and why
- Requests and bookings. Your name, email, phone and what you write in our forms, to reply to you and organise your sessions.
- Newsletter. Your email, language and chosen topics, only after you confirm your subscription. We measure opens and clicks to improve what we send.
- Website statistics. If you accept in the banner, we store an anonymous identifier in your browser to understand which pages and sections interest you. If you decline, we only count visits in aggregate, without storing anything on your device. We do not use third-party services such as Google Analytics or advertising.
- Google map. The map on the home page only loads if you click “Show the map”. From then on Google receives your IP address and may use cookies under its own privacy policy. We remember your choice in this browser; you can remove it by clearing the site's data.
How long we keep it
Requests: as long as needed to help you and meet legal obligations. Detailed statistics: at most 13 months. Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@praiakitesurf.com. We apply Colombia’s Law 1581 of 2012 and, for visitors from the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
